Refund Policy

A customer's fees will not be returned if the purchased Course has been used. BRIDGE COUNSELING will return a customer's fees if and only if the purchased course has not been used and the customer requests a refund by email or written letter.

BRIDGE COUNSELING collects email addresses provided by users for the primary intent of expediting the BRIDGE COUNSELING process. BRIDGE COUNSELING is not selling or distributing email addresses to third parties.
